A single girl child is studying in Kendriya Vidyalaya Schools above sixth standard seeking concession from the fee structure. This is the good move by the Union Government, since 2006 thousand of single gril parents are enjoying with this privilege in every year. To obtain this concession from the respective KV schools, an affidavit should be submitted in a Twenty rupees Bond Paper(Non-Judicial) duly singed on the prescribed stamp by the Notary Public. The sample format of the certificate as follows…

AFFIDAVIT OF ———————(FATHER NAME OF THE CHILD)

  I ———————————-  S/o / D/o ——————————- aged about——————– years, residing at ————————————————————————— do hereby solemnly affirm and sincerely state as follows :

1. I am the deponent herein and also father of selvi —————————————–

2. I state that the female child by name ————————————— was born on  —————- at ——————————————-, through my wife Smt. ——————————–.

3. I further state and declare that I have only female child above named and there is no other female or male child available to us.

4. I further state that I am filing this affidavit for the purpose of my daughter’s educational assistances etc.,

5. I further state and declare that what are all stated above are true and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief.
