  1. Sugato Mitra says

Can a Central Government Employee avail of the special LTC scheme to visit BOTH NER and J&K in lieu of two Home Town LTCs (HTCs) by air? Or is he/she allowed to avail of just ONE opportunity in his entire service period to travel to either NER or J&K by air by availing the special LTC scheme in lieu of HTC?
Consider that the particular Central Government Employee is not normally entitled to air travel, while availing LTC. The visits to NER and JK could be in adjoining blocks of 2 years each for the purpose of HTC.
    PLEASE ENLIGHTEN.
