DA ORDERS FOR KARNATAKA GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES…

Finance Department of Karnataka Government has published orders for Dearness allowance to its employees.

As recommended by the Official Committee-2011, the pension / family pension of the state government pensioners / family pensioners has been revised with effect from 1.7.2012.

Government are pleased to  sanction Dearness allowance with effect from 1st July 2012 at the rate of 4% of the revised basic pension/family pension of the State Government  pensioners/family pensioners and pensioners/family pensioners of the  aided educational institutions whose pension/family pension is paid out of the Consolidated Fund of the State.

This order shall not be  applicable  to pensioners who were  drawing immediately before retirement pay in  the UGC,AICTE and  ICAR, NJPC scales of pay and who retired on or after 1st January 2006.
