OFFICE MEMORANDUM

Sub : Select List of Section Officers’ Grade for the year 2009 against Examination Quota on the basis of Combined Limited Departmental Competitive Examination, 2009, 2010 and 2011 held by the Union
Public Service Commission.

The undersigned is directed to say that the Department of Personnel & Training had reported 396 (Genl – 274, SC – 58 & ST – 64 ) vacancies for the year 2009 to be filled up in the Section Officers grade of Central Secretariat Service (CSS) on the basis of the results of the Combined SOs/Stenographers(Gr B /Gr ‘B’) Limited Departmental Competitive Examination 2009, 2010 and 2011 conducted by UPSC. UPSC has since declared the final result of LDCE 2009, 2010 & 2011 on 24th July, 2013. The details of qualified candidates for the year 2009 are as under :-

Out of the 376 candidates recommended by the UPSC only 374 (Gen-273, SC-57, ST-44) candidates are effectively available for consideration for appointment as Section Officers in the Select List of the year 2009 Allocation of candidates has been made having regard to the vacancies in the various cadre units and Rotational Transfer Policy for CSS personnel. The list of candidates is annexed Dossiers of the candidates included in the Select List will be sent in due course.

2. The candidates included in the Select List of 2009 of the Section Officers Grade of the respective cadre units as in the Annexure to this O.M. may be appointed to the Grade immediately subject to being clear from vigilance angle as per available relevant instructions on the subject.

3. The cadre unit authorities are requested to initiate the process of appointment of the candidates immediately. It may be ensured that the officers concerned are relieved within 45 days from the date of issue of this 0M to take up the new posting in the cadre unit allocated, failing which their appointment/promotion shall be cancelled and the dossier(s) of the candidate(s) concerned returned to the UPSC.

4. It may also be brought to the notice of all the officers who figure in the Annexure that their appointments shall be subject to the outcome of the following Court cases and also as per any other order by any competent court in any of the connected matters

(i) CA No. 4135/2012 MA No 3477/2012 filed by Shri Rajeev R & Ors Vs UOl in CAT. New Delhi,

(ii) CA No. 4082/2012 & MA No 3448/2012 filed by Shri M R Meena & Ors Vs UOl in CAT New Delhi

(iii) CA No 4141/2012 filed by Shri Shanti Lal Bourasi & Ors Vs U0l in CAT New Delhi .

5. A copy of the appointment order may be endorsed to this Department for record.

6. The receipt of the 0M along with enclosures may please be acknowledged.

7. With the issue of this 0M all requests from individuals Ministries/Departments on the subject are disposed off.

ACQUAINT YOURSELF WITH WRITTEN EXAMINATION FOR THE LIMITED DEPARTMENTAL EXAMINATION FOR PROMOTION TO THE POSTS OF VICE PRINCIPAL, HEAD MASTER/MISTRESS, PGTs, TGTs, UDC (12.08.2012)

Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan is conducting written examination on 12th August, 2012 (Sunday) for the posts of Vice-Principal, Post Graduate Teacher, Trained Graduate Teacher, Head Master/Mistress and Upper Division Clerk to be filled up by Limited Departmental  Examination for the year 2010-11 and 2011-12.

The candidates are requested to download their ‘Admit Cards’  for appearing in the written examination from the official website of KVS. The call letter can be downloaded by entering both roll numbers and date of birth in the appropriate box. The list of candidates with roll number is also available in KVS website. Please note that there will be NO PENALTY for wrong answers. Questions in all the tests except Test of Hindi/English will be printed in both Hindi & English.

Before you getting admit cards from the official website, pl. read the following instructions…

1.How do I download my call letter?
Follow the link from bank’s website to download call letter. At login page, enter the ROLL NO. & DATE OF BIRTH at the required places to download the Call Letter.

2.What should I do if there is lot of delay in accessing the page?
Internet based Call letter download depends on various factors like Internet Speed, large number of Applicants trying to download the Call Letter at the same time etc. Therefore, if you are not able to download the Call Letter immediately, please retry after a gap of 5 minutes or during off-peak hours during the night.

3.Where do I get the ROLL NO.
ROLL NO. is generated at the time of registration and displayed on the screen. These are also sent to the candidate immediately upon successful registration, by way of auto generated email acknowledgement, at the email address registered by him.

4.I am unable to login / screen displays the login failed message?
Please check your entries in login screen. You should use ROLL NO. as received at the time of registration by displaying on the screen and also mailed to you in auto generated email acknowledgement. Please note that the DATE OF BIRTH should enter what format we mention, and entered correctly.

5.I have registered more than one application?
In case you have registered more than once, only last registration is retained. Therefore, to download your Call Letter, you must enter the roll No. of the application that you submitted last.

Subject: Combined Section Officers’/Stenographers’ (Gr.’B’/Gr. I) Limited Departmental Competitive Examination, 2006, 2007 and 2008.

  

       The undersigned is directed to refer to this Department’s OM of even number dated 29th October, 2010 and subsequent reminders dated l4th January, 2011 and l4th February, 2011 on the subject mentioned above.

   2. All the cadre units were requested to keep in readiness complete ACRS/APARs in respect of officials who applied for the Combined Limited Departmental Examination, 2006, 2007 and 2008 so that the result of the said Examination could be declared in a compressed time schedule and in a time bound manner. It was also requested to furnish the status confirming that the ACRs/APARs are in readiness in respect of candidates who appeared in the LDCE by 25.2.2011.

   3. However, the status report has been received only from a few cadre units so far. All the cadre units of CSS and CSSS are requested to initiate action for completion of ACRs/APARs in respect of candidates who appeared in the Combined LDCE and furnish the status report in the enclosed proforma to this Department latest by 2.5.2011.
