PAYMENT PROCEDURE IN RESPECT OF HOLIDAY HOMES/CGO
HOSTEL AT DIFFERENT PLACES, ALLOTTED BY THE ASSISTANT
ESTATE MANAGER CHENNAI.
Room charges for Grand Hotel, Shimla shall be remitted by means of Demand Draft drawn in favour of Assistant Estate Manager, SHIMLA, payable at SHIMLA.
Room charges for other places shall be remitted by means of Demand Draft drawn in favour of “Assistant Estate Manager Govt. of India, Chennai” payable at Chennai. Demand Drafts taken other than the above name will not be entertained and will be sent back to the sender. Please do not write CPWD, Directorate of Estates etc after the name Assistant Estate Manager and such DD’s will be returned to the sender.
Outstation Demand Draft will not be entertained and will be returned to the sender. Demand Drafts shall be payable at Chennai only.
Please do not send fax copy of your application form and fax copy of Demand Draft etc. It is of no use to us. Allocation of the vacancy will be made only on receipt of the Demand Draft in original.
Receipt will be issued only on realization of the Demand Draft.

Send the on-line application hard copy, along with DD and Self-addressed envelope with sufficient stamps affixed to send the hard copy of allotment order by post/speed post. As soon as the suite is allocated, you may download the order copy from the above website also.
