What can I do if my claim is unnecessarily delayed?
A Claims Day is held in the O/O the Additional Director of city (and in the 4
zones in Delhi) on the third Thursday of every month, to discus
grievancesrelated to medical claims. One can register one’s name for
the Claims’ Day through CMO I/C of the Wellness Centre.
What should I do if the empanelled hospital refuses to entertain or
give a step – motherly treatment?
Each empanelled hospital is expected to have a Nodal Officer at the
reception counter to address issues related to CGHS beneficiaries. If they
are incapable of resolving the problems, then contact CMO I/C of the
Wellness Centre where you are registered or Additional. Director, CGHS of
concerned city/zone or the nodal officer for grievance redressal.
